If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited.
1.3 Accurate Registration Information

1.4 Password Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your mbi44 account password. mbi44 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you are aware of it — remains your responsibility until you promptly report any unauthorised use to mbi44 support.
2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
Mbi44 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All other payment methods are not accepted. The minimum deposit is RM 5, and the maximum deposit depends on the method used and your VIP tier. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
2.2 Deposit Processing
Successful deposits are typically credited to your mbi44 account within seconds. In the rare event that a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact mbi44 support and include proof of transaction (a screenshot of your receipt). mbi44 is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of your e-wallet provider or bank.
2.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mbi44 account. Transfer of winnings to third parties is not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal is RM 20. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP tier — starting from RM 5,000 per day for Bronze members, up to no limit for Diamond VIP members.
2.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal processing times depend on the amount and your VIP tier: standard withdrawals (below RM 10,000) are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours; large withdrawals (RM 10,000 to RM 100,000) require 2 to 24 hours; and jackpot winnings exceeding RM 100,000 will be processed within 1 to 3 business days with additional verification. mbi44 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals.
2.5 Inactive Account Funds
An mbi44 account that shows no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. mbi44 reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee of RM 10 per month on inactive account balances after that 12-month period. This fee will continue to be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.
3.1 Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses and promotions at mbi44 are subject to specific eligibility terms set for each offer. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum age requirement (18 years), new or existing member status, deposit method used, time limit to claim the bonus, and wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. mbi44 reserves the right to exclude any member from specific promotions at mbi44's sole discretion without providing a reason.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered in accordance with the rate stated in the relevant promotion terms — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive an RM 50 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, RM 1,500 must be wagered before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagers on different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
Mbi44 actively monitors wagering activity to detect bonus abuse attempts. Abuse includes risk-free hedging between two sides of the same match, playing games with extremely high RTP solely to meet wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. mbi44 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings arising from such abuse.
3.4 Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stipulated period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation. The standard validity period is 7 days unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Fair Play & RNG

The outcome of every round or game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by mbi44, the player, or any third party. 4.2 Sports Betting & E-Sports
Sports and e-sports betting on mbi44 is subject to specific bet settlement rules depending on the sport and tournament. For Malaysia Super League and EPL football, bets are settled based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time (excluding extra time and penalties unless otherwise stated in the market). For cricket, settlement follows the official umpire decision and the DLS method for weather-affected matches. mbi44 reserves the right to void and refund bets for any match that is postponed or cancelled.
4.3 Progressive Jackpot
The progressive jackpot pool at mbi44 grows through contributions from every eligible wager placed. The jackpot value displayed on the live counter is a current estimated figure and may differ slightly from the actual amount paid out to the winner. Jackpot results are final and not subject to dispute. Specific eligibility requirements for winning each game's jackpot are stated in the relevant game information section.
4.4 Technical Errors
In the rare event of a technical error — such as incorrect odds being displayed, a system outage during an active game, or a result being delivered incorrectly — mbi44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts to the player's account. No winnings arising from an obvious technical error will be considered valid.
5.1 VIP Tiers & Eligibility
The mbi44 VIP Rewards Program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier upgrades are automatic, based on your net wagering amount within the specified period. mbi44 reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria for each VIP tier, cashback rates, and associated benefits with at least 7 days' prior notice.
5.2 VIP Points & Cashback
VIP points are accumulated based on every RM 1 wagered net (excluding voided bets or bonus funds). Progressive jackpot games earn 2x VIP points compared to standard games. VIP cashback is calculated based on your net wagers over the calendar week (Monday–Sunday) and credited to your account every Monday morning between 9 AM and 12 PM Malaysia time. Cashback is credited automatically with no application required.
5.3 VIP Tier Downgrade
Your VIP tier may be downgraded if your betting activity falls below the minimum threshold set for the review period. mbi44 will send an email notification at least 14 days before any VIP tier downgrade takes effect, giving you time to maintain your current tier if you wish.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your mbi44 account at any time by contacting mbi44 support via email at support@mbi44.click. Before the account is closed, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or the associated bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
8.2 Suspension by mbi44

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9.2 Financial Liability Limit
Mbi44's financial liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. mbi44 is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the mbi44 platform.
9.3 Finality of Game Results
All game results recorded by the mbi44 system are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the mbi44 server records, the server records shall prevail. mbi44 retains detailed game logs for a minimum of 90 days for investigation purposes where required.
10.1 Right to Amend
Mbi44 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
